Research and data highlight the importance of addressing knowledge decay. IADC’s Knowledge Retention & Education for the Workforce (KREWTM) system will guide individual learning opportunities based on analytics and industry-wide learning gaps and offer a library of online courses and simulation that will address knowledge decay between 2-year certification periods.
IADC has successfully completed the pilot phase with eight member companies and 75 users. At the moment IADC is looking for content providers who would like to participate development of the Continuous Learning Library continues.
The KREW system is expected to be available in early 2021.
