With rig counts continuing to edge up in most markets around the world, the time is prime for getting marketing messages out, both to existing and potential customers, ahead of the competition. And there is no better value than DC if drilling and completions professionals is the target. Nearly half of DC’s subscribers are in corporate/executive management or rig management. The next two largest segments of our subscribers are drilling and completions operations (23%) and drilling and completions engineers (22%).
Over the past year, DC has amped up its coverage of low-carbon solutions for drilling rigs – still an emerging area where both operators and drilling contractors are hungry for new information to drive their investment decisions. We will continue providing in-depth coverage of ESG-related innovations in the coming year, along with coverage of core topics like drilling automation/digitalization, safety, and rig equipment/robotics.

As the official magazine of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), DC delivers marketing opportunities – both in print and online – associated with the trusted IADC brand. It’s a name both recognized and esteemed by drilling and completion decision makers at multiple levels of the supply chain – not just drilling contractors but also national oil companies, major and independent oil companies, and government regulators worldwide.
DC also remains among few long-standing, highly respected industry publications that is still offered in print. But we have digital platforms too:
