On 7 October, the IADC IIT(ISM) Student Chapter hosted an “Intro to IADC” event, introducing attendees to the Chapter and its mission. Core team members highlighted the importance of the Student Chapter in practical experience and skill development. They shared the Chapter’s history, provided an overview of its divisions, and proudly showcased past achievements, sparking enthusiasm for future opportunities.
The session was followed by a fun and engaging quiz to test the knowledge of the enthusiastic participants regarding Reservoir Engineering, with chocolates for correct answers.
With insights into the IADC and the benefits of joining, this session provided a valuable pathway for students to develop their skills and become better Petroleum Engineers.
