The IADC Young Professionals Committee hosted its first Luncheon with Leaders of 2026 on Thursday 30 April at Noble in Houston, Texas.
Industry leaders discussed what it really takes to grow from emerging talent into a trusted leader, sharing their personal experiences and wisdom learned along the way. Attendees learned how to strengthen their personal brand, navigate the shift into leadership, and differentiate themselves to accelerate their careers.
