IADC’s Vice President, Government and Industry Affairs, Liz Craddock attended the swearing in ceremony for William (Bill) Cooper, General Counsel, Department of Energy (DOE). DOE Secretary Rick Perry was on hand to read the oath to Mr. Cooper and welcome him to his official duties. The ceremony was well attended by government officials and industry partners.
