The IADC University of Wyoming Student Chapter recently hosted a couple of events. During an informative session with the Bureau of Land Management, Matthew Stiver spoke to the students about the balance between engineering execution and regulatory requirements. His perspective provided great insight on how field operations and compliance work hand-in-hand.
The Chapter also hosted a Petroleum Trivia Night, which included tough questions and teams that came ready to compete. From drilling knowledge to refining facts, it was a full-spectrum showdown.
