On 13 April, the IADC Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) Student Chapter in Nigeria kicked off the current academic session with the first General Meeting, onboarding new members and sharing the Chapter’s vision, structure, and opportunities.
The session opened with the Assistant Secretary General, Jesse, setting the tone for the meeting. The Chairman, Emakpo Miracle, presented the Chapter’s direction for the session, while the Vice Chairman, Efemena God’swill, highlighted the value and expectations of being part of IADC. The Secretary General, Grace Andrew, also introduced the executive team.
Key contributions were made by the Programs Director, Queen Oghenekaro, the Director of Membership, Joshua Amaka Diebie, and the Technical Director, Shama, who emphasized growth, engagement, and technical development opportunities.
It was a strong and purposeful start to the academic session.
