IADC Attends U.S. Coast Guard Sector Houston Change of Command

On 17 April 2025, IADC’s Mike DuBose and Jim Rocco attended the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Houston Change of Command. Sector Houston Deputy Commander Captain Nicole Rodriguez relieved Sector Houston Commander Captain Keith Donohue as the newest  Commanding Officer of one of the largest operational Coast Guard commands in the U.S. With nearly 50 years of Coast Guard service between the two, Captains Donohue and Rodriguez have been responsible for executing an expanse of coastal and offshore operational missions that underpin safety of life and the environment, as well as sustaining U.S. maritime security postures along the Texas and Louisiana Coasts and the Western Gulf of America Outer Continental Shelf.

IADC is pleased to see Captain Rodriguez carry on the decisive and adept leadership in support of the vast Gulf Coast industrial maritime complex that is critical to a U.S. and global economy. Congratulations to Captain Donohue embarking on his well-deserved retirement after a quarter century of steadfast Coast Guard Service. IADC looks forward to continuing to work alongside the Coast Guard to sustain safety and best practices in the offshore arena.
