For the first time ever, IADC is now offering its model contracts as a free download from a new section of the website. We’re always looking for new ways to add value for our Members, and our hope is that these complimentary contracts will allow our Members to conduct business more easily.
With this change, Members will now have direct access to edit and exchange contracts, omitting the need for workstation licenses. This process will be much more streamlined and efficient for users. The most current version of the model contracts will always be accessible online, courtesy of IADC.
