Offshore Marine Services Association (OMSA) President Aaron Smith recently announced the resignation of Vice President Richard Well after more than 10 years of service. OMSA has identified Chad Fuhrmann as the new Director of Regulatory Affairs. Among other previous offshore industry pursuits, Mr. Fuhrmann has been an active member of the National Offshore Advisory Committee (NOSAC).
