1. Vendor Qualification & Onboarding

Overview of the vendor qualification and onboarding initiative, key considerations, and an open discussion on opportunities, challenges, and best practices.

2. AI Bright Sessions – Svitla Presentation

Presentation on identifying areas where AI can deliver the greatest business value and establishing a structured framework for evaluating, prioritizing, and advancing high-impact initiatives with the strongest potential ROI.

3. Supply Chain Risk Management

Open discussion on current supply chain market dynamics and risk factors, including pricing trends, tariffs, material availability, USMCA developments, lead-time pressures, and evolving geopolitical influences affecting global supply chains.

4. Event Updates

Updates on upcoming events, including the next networking happy hour and the Emerging Talent Series.

IADC Supply Chain Committee Meeting

Enable sharing and discussion of Supply Chain best practices amongst drilling contractors.

General Committee meetings are open to participants from all categories of IADC membership. The Chairman may invite non-members to attend when it furthers the interests of the Committee. At the discretion of the Chairman and IADC staff, the meeting or portions of the meeting may be exclusively reserved for drilling contractor members. Meetings will be held at such times and locations as may be selected by the Chairman with the advice of the Committee. For any questions, please contact the IADC Committee Coordinator. IADC Technical Committee meetings are not open to the Press.
