• 8:15 – 8:45 Establish Committee Expectations: review past efforts, outputs, and pitfalls; gain commitment for future committee work; establish desired outputs of today’s meeting and future committee outputs
• 8:45 – 9:00 Break
• 9:00 – 11:00 Individual Company Incident/Exposure Sharing
• 11:00 – 12:00 Lunch
• 12:00 – 2:00 IADC Rig Move Exposure Bucket Identification
• 2:00 – 2:15 Break
• 2:15 – 3:15 IADC Best Practice Ideation Session
• 3:15 – 3:30 Wrap Up

Meeting Outputs:

• Establish final product expectations (videos, document style, etc.)
• Create buckets of greatest exposures to address
• Establish future meeting cadence
• Create action items for the team to bring to the next meeting (e.g., reference photos illustrating best practices, industry best-practice equipment to use, etc.)

General Committee meetings are open to participants from all categories of IADC membership. The Chairman may invite non-members to attend when it furthers the interests of the Committee. At the discretion of the Chairman and IADC staff, the meeting or portions of the meeting may be exclusively reserved for drilling contractor members. Meetings will be held at such times and locations as may be selected by the Chairman with the advice of the Committee. For any questions, please contact the IADC Committee Coordinator. IADC Technical Committee meetings are not open to the Press.
