IADC ART Committee: Landscape of AI in Drilling Workgroup Meeting

You’re invited to join the IADC Advanced Rig Technology (ART) Committee as we work on the Landscape in Artificial Intelligence in Drilling project from 10am-12pm on Tuesday, 12 May. The hybrid meeting will be held both in-person at IADC HQ, 3657 Briarpark Dr, Ste 200, in Houston, and virtually using Zoom.

Please register online above if you plan to attend. Zoom details will be emailed to all virtual registered attendees prior to the meeting.

This meeting will focus on the writing of a whitepaper to inform the global drilling industry about how AI is being utilized to improve safety, improve operational efficiency and reduce costs on onshore and offshore drilling rigs.

The document will aid as an educational tool for decision makers within the industry responsible for assessing value and driving implementation of this technology. It would also offer an overview to outside parties (e.g., customers, regulators or investors) of how our industry has progressed, modernized and generated value.
