Research Findings to Address Industry Recruiting Challenges

IADC launched the IVI to address collective challenges related to recruiting new employees into the drilling industry. The project’s mission was to:

• Understand perceptions of our industry among potential employees
• Identify what today’s job seekers truly desire in a career
• Equip Member companies with insights from the research to aid them in attracting and securing top talent.

Brunswick Group was contracted to conduct research among perspective employees that will aid IADC Member companies in recruiting efforts; the research findings and data can be located in the IADC Workforce Detailed Survey Findings.
