Dr. Roy Rhodes retired from Noble Drilling Services Inc. in 2003 as Vice President of Organizational Development. In that role he supervised the HSE department, Training and Development department, the Quality Management System, Recruiting and other duties as assigned. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business from Texas A&M – Commerce and a doctorate in Counseling, Psychology from Indiana University. Currently, he is the owner of the RR Consulting Group and conduct workshops in Safety Leadership, Teambuilding, and other customized programs in the U. S. and Europe.  Dr. Rhodes has been actively involved in the oil and gas industry for the past 25 years as a psychotherapist and consultant.
