The mission of the IADC Tax Committee is to serve as a channel for members to exchange information and better understand the latest developments in taxation affecting the drilling industry. 

Quarterly Roundtables are held to discuss worldwide tax issues affecting the drilling industry. Roundtables are open to all drilling contractor and oilfield service members of IADC.

The IADC International Tax Seminar held annually in June, is the only event focused on tax issues affecting the global drilling and oilfield service industry.  Non-specialists, as well as tax professionals, can also benefit from this Seminar. The event provides updates on new and emerging tax issues in key drilling markets around the world as well as covering current litigation, transfer pricing, relevant regulation and other special topics are provided.  Continuing education units can be earned.
